The Hemodialysis Refresher Program is designed to prepare our students for the CCHT and CHT (BONENT) Certification Exams.

The Hemodialysis Training Program is approved by the Board of Nephrology Examiners Nursing and Technology (BONENT), located at 100 South Washington Street, Rockville, MD 20850.

Students have the option to enroll 100% on campus or 100% online.

Our students demonstrate knowledge of the renal system, renal failure and treatment options for the Hemodialysis patient as well as demonstrate knowledge of the operation of the Hemodialysis machine.

This training will also cover important content to prepare you for the CCHT and/or BONENT Certification Examinations making special emphasis in the following areas:

• Patient Care.
• Treatment Interventions.
• Machine Technology & Monitoring.
• Water Treatment.
• Infection Control and Dialysis Precautions.
• Education and Professional Development.
